Step 1
'Options'Log into your email as usual. Once you have logged in, go to your inbox. On the right hand side you should find a drop-down box labeled “Options”.

'Mail Options'Select “Mail Options” from the drop-down list.

'Signature'On the left side, there will be a list of possible selections. Select the second item down, “Signature”.

In the main box, select the option to “Show a signature on all outgoing messages”.

'Rich Text'Type the information you want listed below all of your outgoing emails in the blue box. If you wish to have text formatting (such as bold, underline, or different fonts and font sizes), click on the “Rich Text” button in the upper right corner of the box.

'Saving Changes'Once you are satisfied with the layout of your signature line, save your design by selecting “Save Changes”. As soon as you get the confirmation “Saved changes to Signature”, you are done – congratulations!
