How to Cure Acid Reflux With Vinegar

In college, I developed a bad eating habit. A combination of eating fried foods, eating late at night, and drinking 10 cups of coffee each day gave me acid reflux. This led me to buying into over-the-counter prescriptions such as Tums. I recently watched Kevin Trudeau speaking of natural cures such as using vinegar to cure acid reflux. And it works!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Purchase Rice Wine Vinegar. I usually can buy this at any local supermarket. I think that Rice Wine Vinegar is also one of the ingredients in making sushi.

  2. Step 2

Drink a teaspoon of Rice Wine Vinegar. Sometimes, when the acid reflux is so bad, I just drink it straight from the bottle. Mind you, it is not very pleasant to drink vinegar directly, but "No pain, No gain."

  3. Step 3

Use rice wine vinegar with your salad. The next time you make salad, mix rice wine vinegar with olive oil, and use it as a salad dressing. It is actually delicious! Add olives, strawberries, and cucumbers, and I have a delicious salad dish.

  4. Step 4

Change your diet. Last but not least, cut down on coffee intake. Have an earlier dinner if possible. And cut down on the fast food restaurants. These suggestions will help you to get a good nights rest.
