My how to article tells you how to make the best soft scrambled cheese eggs.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • med-lrg non-stick skillet
  • 2-4 lrg white eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of margarine; preferably Blue Bonnet (light margarine may not coat the pan)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fork
  • lrg table spoon
  • small bowl
  • cheese (American cheese melts the best)
  1. Step 1

Crack desired amount of lrg white eggs into bowl with American cheese, salt and pepper. (it is best to break or cut cheese into small pieces)

  2. Step 2

With fork, beat eggs and cheese mixture for about 60 seconds or until egg yolks are all mixed.

  3. Step 3

Turn stove on to med-high (this is #5 for my stove). Place skillet on stove and place margarine into pan to melt.

  4. Step 4

Pour egg mixture into hot skillet and begin to mix with lrg table spoon(for best results use lrg table spoon not whisk or spatula).

  5. Step 5

Continue to mix eggs frequently in pan (it is best to use spoon and chop and turn eggs while cooking). Do not wait until eggs are cooked before mixing.

  6. Step 6

Eggs are done when they are soft and fluffy with no whites showing. Turn stove off and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • Take your time and do not rush!
  • Careful not to turn stove on too high as this will cause margarine to burn.
