Install the utility and it will monitor the temperature of your cpu. This utility is helpful because it can monitor while your system is being stressed. The alternative is to go through your bios and check the temperature. This is a simpler, less effective way.

To check the temperature through bios. Restart your computer. Press f1 during the boot sequence. This will take you to the bios settings. From there you can navigate to the process temperature. This will tell you the current temperature of the processor. The problem with this method is that your computer is under little use while in bios settings.
