Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • chocolate coated caramel peanut nougat
  • pretzel crust
  • cream cheese
  • sugar
  • sour cream
  • creamy peanut butter
  • eggs
  • semisweet chocolate morsels
  • whipping cream
  • chopped lightly salted peanuts
  1. Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325. Cut 3 chocolate coated caramel peanut nougat bars into 1/4 inch pieces and arrange them over the bottom of the pretzel pie crust.

  2. Step 2

Beat 1 1/2 packages of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar on medium speed with an electric mixer until it becomes well blended. Add 1/3 cup of sour cream and 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter, beating them at a low speed until it is well blended. Add 2 large eggs one at a time beating them until the yellow disappears after each addition. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the candy on the pretzel crust.

  3. Step 3

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove it and place it on a wire rack and let it cool for 1 hour or until it's completely cool. Cover it and let it chill for 2 hours.
