Pull that person to the side, look them in the eyes and say "I Love You." Saying "I Love You" to that special someone in your life can be as simple as just saying it. If you're both sharing a special moment together, such as an anniversary that marks the day you started dating, a romantic dinner, or a slow dance on the dance floor at an evening gala, look into his or her eyes and say "I love you." Or, pull that person close and whisper "I love you" in his or her ear. When you say it, make sure that you say "I love you" with meaning. It isn't a throw-away phrase, one that is said on a whim or casually in passing. "I love you" means that you care deeply for a person, that they mean a lot to you. It should be said with that in mind.

Say "I love you" with an expression of love, like a gorgeous bouquet of red roses, which symbolize love. Tack on a card that says "I just wanted to tell you I love you" to make an even more romantic impact. Or, plan a romantic night out for you and your special someone with a nice candlelit dinner and a stay in a fancy hotel in your area. Make sure that you make the person feel extra special and compliment them throughout the night. At some point in the night give that person a small gift (or a big gift if you choose) with a card that says "I love you." Inside of the card, write a special note about how much that person means to you.

Tell the person in your life that you love him or her by showing them that you do. After you've said it for the first time, it's not necessarily essential to say it 100 times a day after that. Instead, show a person you love them through your actions. Listen to him or her, do special things for that person, take your special someone out to dinner on a whim. Show them that they mean something to you with a soft, passionate kiss or a strong hug, and make a big deal of their birthdays, holidays and special occasions like anniversaries.
