Prepare a nutritious sandwich. Take two pieces of wheat bread and toast it. Place two or three slices of low-fat turkey on the bread. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber slices, carrots and even celery as toppings. Add taste to the sandwich with mustard, hummus, mayonnaise or pickles.
