The lender could have a question about refinancing. This joint effort could double each one's potential for increase.

There are networking groups that specialize in helping each member acquire leads for their businesses. They usually only allow 1 or 2 of like businesses. At each meeting the members bring leads for one or more of their fellow members. This way you always can say so and so gave me your name. If there is not a group like this in your area start one.
