There is nothing like the fragrance of freshly chopped herbs. I use them all the time in salads, Fritata and making my favourite pasta sauces.

However, chopping herbs can be a frustrating and time consuming exercise, especially when you are in the middle of preparing a meal.

I have used this method for chopping herbs and it is very quick and easy!.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 x roller Pizza Cutter
  • 1 x Cutting Board
  • Herbs
  1. Step 1

Place your selected herbs in the centre of a cutting board. They can be placed either in a row or bunched together. You will have your own preference for doing this.

  2. Step 2

Take the Pizza Roller and run it up and down a few times over your herbs. note: You may need to re-align the herbs during this process.

Repeat this process as many times as you wish. It depends on how fine you would like your herbs chopped. The more you roll the Pizza cutter over the herbs the finer they become.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you are wanting to cut herbs individually depending on what you will be using them for - make sure you wipe the Pizza cutter AND the cutting board before cutting your next herbs. This will avoid herb flavours being mixed.
