Instructions

The first thing I did was to remove my eyebrows, use a bar of soap, scrape it,and with a wood stick a thin one, press it on your eyebrows until they are very flat ,be careful not to put it on your skin, put some duo glue, and after some powder, you can use baby powder,

Foundation,it is better to use a creamy one that is waterproof ,so it sticks on the latex that has duo glue, use 1 shade lighter than your color ,so it is easy to cover the eyebrows.it very easy if you use an eyeliner to fill up the bald spot.s on the eyebrows

Draw the eyebrows at the end of your eyebrow they go really high to give you this look, then you need big eyelashes at your choice, use duo,and then the eyes are very pronounced,,put some glitters with a little of gloss on your real eyebrows to cover anything that is peaking ,or you can use a very white clown creamy makeup there ,that is the hard part, wigs, eyelashes ,glitters.and very pronunced lips will give you this look.
