You may not be a celebrity, but wouldn't you like to have "fans"? Now your organization, business, product, or band can have its own page on facebook! This is THE best way for promotion virally, and best of all, its free and easy!

      Log in to your facebook account. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and click the "About" button.

      You will be taken to facebook's organization page. Here you can get ideas of all the different types of information and items you can post. You can post logos/photos, write background information on your company, post relevant links, add upcoming events/meetings, and even include video.

      Now that you have an idea of all the possibilities, click on "Create a Page for My Business" located at the bottom of the page.

      Select the category most fitting for yuor business/organization.

      Now you can get specific, and select your type of business/organization. It may be that "Other Business" (the first option) is most fitting. In this section you can also select whether this page is for a brand, product, artist, band, or public figure.

      You should then enter the name of your business/organization. Then click "Create Page."

      This will take you to your new page! As you'll see, there is a lot of information you can add, so get to work!

      Once you've completed your page, you'll want to get the word out that it exists. This is easy to do. Scroll down and on the lower right you'll see "Share." Now you'll be able to share with friends and post it to your profile.
