How to Work at Subway
As of 2011, the Subway franchise employs more than 300,000 people worldwide in a variety of positions at the local restaurant level, the regional level and at the restaurant headquarters in Milford, Connecticut. When you are seeking work at a Subway restaurant, you want a local restaurant level position. Since Subway restaurants employ a career ladder method of advancement, most careers begin at the "sandwich artist" level. Individual restaurants offer job applications for potential employment at their specific location. Applying online allows you to turn-in your application to multiple Subway restaurants in your area.
