Take your cupcake and cut off the top. A serrated knife works best. Save the top to cut a heart out of its center.

Use cookie cutter and cut out a heart from the cupcake top. Be careful not to split the cupcake top as you do this. It is easiest just to pull the cupcake heart out with the cookie cutter and push it out separately.

  3. Step 3
Make the frosting rise in the center

Put about 2 Tablespoons of frosting on bottom cupcake. Piling it slightly in the center.

  4. Step 4

Place cupcake top back on. Use cut out heart as decoration.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't over bake your cupcakes. It is difficult if the cupcakes are crumbly.
  • I really like Silicone bake ware since it does not stick.
