Things You'll Need:
- A chair
- A water bottle

Step 1
First of all, you will need to warm up before doing any exercises. Walk to the mailbox, do a few light stretches to loosen up, or do this at the end of the day before taking a shower, however, exercising increases the adrenaline in your body and will keep you awake.
Start with push ups and do 15 repetitions of push-ups. -
Step 2
Stand in front of a kitchen chair, squat, tap your butt on the seat, and stand up, do this for one minute.

Step 3
Jump up and down, move your arms in circles for one minute.

Step 4
Do 25 jumping jacks then 10 tricep dips in sets of two for about two minutes.

Step 5
Next, run in place with knees high and pumping arms for one minute.

Step 6
Bicycles are done lying face up, hands behind your head and pull one knee in as you extend the other.
20 repetitions of bicycles -
Step 7
Pulses are done lying face up, knees bent, arms extended and lift hips, squeezing glutes or butt cheeks.
20 repetitions of pulses -
Step 8
Walking lunges are done holding weight at sides and lunge forward with right leg. Repeat on the left side, and keep alternating for one minute.
20 repetitions of walking lunges -
Step 9
Tricep dips are done sitting on chair with hands on seat, lift body, and bend elbows to lower yourself on front of your seat. Repeat sets 2 times about 2 minutes.

Step 10
Walking lunges are done holding weight at sides and lunge forward with right leg. Repeat on the left side, and keep alternating for one minute.
