Green tea lose weight

The green tea lose weight connection has been around for a while now and is well established. Here is how it works. It is said to increase the metabolism and therefore help you to burn more calories. When you burn more calories than you take in you lose weight. At first the green tea lose weight benefits were only obtained by drinking it but now there are green tea supplements available.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The best way to implement the green tea lose weight program is to substitute it for your coffee in the morning. Coffee has naturally occurring organic acids in it when brewed. These are thought to raise your blood sugar. A rise in blood sugar can inhibit weight loss or even make you gain more weight. By substituting the tea you will eliminate that problem. Even if this is the only change that you make in your diet you should see some weight loss.

  2. Step 2

If you are not a coffee drinker you can take green tea supplements. It is thought to have the same green tea lose weight benefits as drinking it does. Take your green tea supplements on a regular basis for maximum benefit.

  3. Step 3

Try substituting a cup for your afternoon snack to really boost the green tea lose weight connection.
