Step 1
Choose a brand from a reputed company to wholly benefit from clary sage essential oil. Use a premium quality 100% essential oil that is made from the flowering tops of organic plants, using a low heat steam distillation process.

Make a room freshening spray using water mixed with a few drops of clary sage, and lavender essential oils. Use it in your office space to bring back clarity and focus to work when PMS related fogginess threatens to engulf, or spray your bedroom to calm anxious nerves before going to bed.

Soak in a warm bath that has a few drops of clary sage essential oil, and some Epsom salts for relief from PMS related cramping, and insomnia. Clary sage is said to have dream enhancing, and relaxing properties that promote the quality of REM sleep.
