You don't have to avoid wearing certain shoes due to an embarrassing odor. You can easily deodorize shoes with item you probably have in your home right now.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Arm & Hammer Baking Soda - At night sprinkle it into your shoes and allow it to sit overnight. In the morning simply shake the baking soda out of your shoes,and they will be odor free.

  2. Step 2
     

    Place a few crumpled up pages of newspaper into your shoes. Allow it to in your shoes overnight. In the morning simply discard the newspaper and they should be odor free.

  3. Step 3

    Downy (or any other name brand) Dryer Sheets - Simply place one or two dryer sheets into each shoe and allow it to sit overnight. In the morning discard the dryer sheets and they will be odor free.

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle baby powder into your shoes. The powder will absorb the odors. You may need to do this a couple of times. Shake out the excess powder.

  5. Step 5

    Spray them with Febreeze.
