You got a new digital camera that records movies but so far all you can do is watch them on the camera or your PC. Here's how to burn your movies to a DVD so you can play them with a DVD player.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Digital Camera
  • PC with DVD drive
  • Disc Burning Program
  1. Step 1

Make sure you are recording at a good resolution, 640X480 at 30 frames per second works best for most cameras.

  2. Step 2

Transfer your movies from your camera to your PC.

  3. Step 3

You'll need to purchase and install Disk Burning Software. I've had good luck with Nero 9, but there are several programs to chose from.

  4. Step 4

Put a blank DVD into your CD-Writer/DVD drive.

  5. Step 5

Drag the video files you saved on your PC into the disk burning program. Select DVD video as the format. You can also create a menu at this point. Click "Burn" and your video file will be converted to a format compatible with a DVD player.

  6. Step 6

Eject your CD and watch your movie!
