on 9/28/2009 fantastic article,very true i lost over 25 lbs in a bit over a year just by cutting out sodas and drinkin water ...i still have a little every once in a while though because if i find that im deprivin myself a get into a sweet cravin ...but u r right on the dot ...thanks
