Step 1
First get to a casino and find a table that doesn't have to high of a limit for your gambling needs.

When playing don't ever listen to people when they say a certain number or color is on a hot streak or cold streak. All results of roulette are completely random and not one person can predict the results.

Your best bets are on the outside. They may not have the highest pay outs but they do have the best odds. All the outside bets have at very least a 31% chance of winning.

Your very best bet is on the outside 3rd's. Each 3rd covers 12 numbers. Betting 2 of the 3rds is a safe bet because it covers 24 numbers total. If you plan on betting $10 a time, put $10 on two different 3rd's. The 3rd's pay 2 to 1. It may sound silly to bet $20 total for a return of plus $10 but with the chance of winning being 62% total it is an excellent bet.

Step 5
Remember that if the table has 0 or 00 on it, and the ball lands on that no outside bets are paid. Playing the outsides take time unless you bet big to build up a nice profit.
