        Write a Letter to the bill collectors agency which is calling you informing them that you are making a request for them to immediately cease all communication with you regarding your debt according to "THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT".

        Go to your post office and send the Letter you have written to the collection agency via Certified mail. This is for you to have a record of them receiving it. Simply hand the letter to the postal clerk and say you want to send it certified mail. They will do the rest. It costs about $1.50 . You do not have to send it certified but its best to do so.
