Things You'll Need:
- 4-5 Mint Mentos
- 2 Ltr. Diet coke (although it doesn't necessarily have to be diet coke)
- A tube
- Paper
- flat surfaced object (e.g. Slab of wood)

Step 1
Find a wide open place, such as a lawn or a field to place your materials. This is because you'll want to get out of the way very fast and the eruption will dirty the surrounding area.

Step 2
Carefully open the soda bottle. It needs to be a completely flat surface so it won't tip, either a table (preferable) or on the ground.

Step 3
Here's the tricky part. Make a paper tube of sorts that'll loosely hold the mentos and place it in the tube. Put a small flat surfaced object like a small slab of wood, on top of the coke bottle.

Step 4
Place the tube atop it. Make sure the tube is perfectly aligned with the bottle. If you have an audience warn people to get back then let loose the slab, (or other flat object)and get out of the way quickly!

Watch the coke geyser erupt and feel proud of yourself
