Things You'll Need:
- any flavor of a large bagel (can be fresh or frozen; I prefer plain or onion bagels)
- tomato sauce
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- garlic, chopped or crushed
- sliced pepperoni
- chopped onions
- chopped green peppers
- cayenne pepper
- crushed red pepper
- microwave (to defrost frozen bagel)
- toaster (optional)
- fork
- knife
- spoon
- plate

Step 1
Defrost the frozen bagel in the microwave for 40-45 seconds. If the bagel is fresh, skip this step.

Step 2
If the bagel is fresh, slice it into two halves: a top and a bottom.

Step 3
Put the bagel on a plate. You'll be adding ingredients to the bottom half of the bagel only.

Step 4
Spoon and spread the tomato sauce on the bagel.

Step 5
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 6
Chop the green peppers and place them on the bagel.

Step 7
Chop the onions and place them on the bagel.

Step 8
Add the sliced pepperoni.

Step 9
Add the chopped or crushed garlic.

Step 10
Add the cayenne pepper.

Step 11
Add the crushed red pepper.

Step 12
Put the other half of the bagel on top and enjoy!
