Preparing Fresh Potato Salad in your own kitchen.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Potato Salad is delicious and fairly easy to make. You will need, 5-10 Red Skin Potatoes, 2 Eggs, 3 Cups Mayo or Salad Dressing, 1 Cup of Diced Celery, 1/4 Cup Shredded Carrots, 1 Spanish Onion diced, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Place Potatoes in large pot, bring to boil (about 15-20 minutes). In large mixing bowl place Mayo,Onions, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper,Celery, and carrots. Drain water from Potatoes in colondar, cut Potatoes in to small pieces, add Potatoes to mixture, mix together well. You can add Sliced Hard Boiled eggs as a final garnish.

  3. Step 3

    Chill about two hours prior to serving. You may also add Paprika as a garnish if desired. In addition, for tangy Potato Salad add 1 Tablespoon Horseradish or Mustard. If you like Green Peppers, you can add diced Peppers to the salad also.

Tips & Warnings
  • Potato salad has has a better taste if served cold.
  • Salad Dressing instead of Mayo will give Potato Salad a sweeter taste.
