Step 1
To prepare this dish you will need, 2-4 Cornish Game Hens, 3 Lemons, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper, 1 Cup Lemon Juice, 1/2 Stick Butter, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder. In addition, you will need a large Baking Dish and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In medium saucepan melt Butter, squeeze juice out of all 3 Lemons in to saucepan, then with a Cheese Grater, grate some of the Lemon peel in to the mixture, Add salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, stir constantly for about 2 minutes. Turn off stove, cover mixture with lid let sit.

Step 3
Place Hens in baking dish, place in to pre-heated oven, bake for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes remove Hens, pour entire contents of melted mixture over all 4 Hens, place back in oven for an additional 20 minutes, and serve. You can serve Stuffing or Potatoes with this entree.
