Stop Pain With Meditating and Reiki

Meditating and reiki at the same time to stop pain or relax yourself.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Relaxing music, comfortable place
  1. Step 1

Find a comfortable area. You can light a candle if you like and play some relaxing music. Close your eyes and imagine a white light around you which signify that you are in a save place and all life worries can't enter.

  2. Step 2

Now you are mediating and doing reiki at the same time. Think of the white light as a healing source. Wherever you are feeling pain place your hands there. Tell yourself that you are feeling pain now but as you relax and slow your breathing and concentrate on the light on your hands, it is slowly taking the pain away.

  3. Step 3

Imagine the pain leaving the area that it is affecting. When the pain has stopped slowly remove your hands from the area and place them at your side. When you are ready open your eyes and slowly sit up for five minutes being getting up. Don't forget to out the candle.

Tips & Warnings
  • Drink some water after mediating.
  • Don't get up too fast after meditating. You may light headed.

on 1/26/2009 Very interesting. I meditate as part of my Mugai Ryu practice, but I am not familiar with reiki. I would like to see more on that.
