1. You can extend the battery life of your iPhone by shutting off Wi-Fi. If left on, the iPhone will constantly scan for nearby Wi-Fi networks. This will rob your iPhone of it's precious daily and overall battery life.
   
   In the first step Go to Settings from your iPhone's home page.

2. In the second step, while in Settings section please select Wi-Fi

3. In the third and final step, while in the Wi-Fi section please turn off Wi-Fi by flipping the virtual lever to the off position. This will save the battery life of your iPhone. Try this for a couple days and you will definitely notice a huge difference in battery life. You will not have to charge the iPhone as much. I do this all the time and only have to charge my phone at the end of the day.

Tips & Warnings

• Other tips on saving the life of your battery is when closing applications on your iPhone press and hold the home button used to close the application for about 5 seconds until the application shuts down. This will also save battery life by shutting down the application entirely. If you just press the home button quickly and release it sure the application appears to shutdown. However, the application continues to run in the background robbing your iPhone of its battery life.
