We know that music will lift your spirits but how about putting in a self help dics that talks about positive thinking? Positive thinking will help you reject those negative thoughts.

Scented candles will evoke a variety of moods. I like to use flower scents that remind me that spring is coming. I pull out those flower catalogues that are starting to come and start planning what flowers I want to plant as I am surrounded by the scent of my candles.

Of course getting out and walking is a great mood lifter. Don't let the cold weather stop you from getting out. Too cold? How about getting out and walking that mall.
