Step 1
Take frequent breaks from working. Wander around the house. Do some exercises. Look out the window. Chase a neighbor down while he is outside and chat. This will keep you refreshed and more interested in your work.

Send e-mails to friends, relatives, and anyone else you can think of. Send short e-mails about funny news items, or about s TV show. Get creative! Do not send those annoying super long chain e-mails----that is so high school!

Step 3
Get up and BOOGIE! Turn on awesome, frolicking music. Dance in your office. Crank it up and let off some work related steam. You deserve the break, so why not?

Step 4
Take a break! When you need to recharge your batteries---don't reach for another cup of Joe. Get in ten minutes of revitalizing exercise. You can work off stress, and work out your body too.

Step 5
Walk your way to Nirvana. Get out of the house and go for a walk. You will get a much needed change of atmosphere. You can smell the flowers, listen to the birds, and get in some exercise. Take the dog, and kill two birds with one stone.

Take your work outside for a change of venue. Go to the nearest cafe and do some work there. Meet a friend for lunch.
