Step 1
First off, let me tell you that it is easier to buy from someone that seems trustworthy. How do you project that image? Be honest. If you are honest, they will see this.

YOU MUST BE confident. How would you project confidence? Besides standing with a straight, open posture, you must know everything their is to know about your product, and believe in it. Be ready to answer any questions with no hesitation.

They may need to see your product a couple of times before they decide to buy it. Fidget with it in front of them, advertise it.

If you are selling face to face, then listen to the person. If they are talking slow, you talk slow. You want to mirror them easily. Talk, stand, and walk as they do. They will see that you are kind of like them. Do not over do this, you want to seem natural.

Listen to them, become like them, be honest, be open, and confident. Know and trust in your product, you will do well. Advertise, and let them become familiar to what you have to offer.
