Prevent Bad Breath

There is nothing worse than having a conversation with someone and they're breath smells like soured milk. The only thing that is worse is, being the person with the bad breath. Here is how to cure bad breath.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Brush twice a day. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Feel free to brush after each meal as well. You breath is more pungent after eating a meal.

  2. Step 2

Brush your tongue. Your tongue inhabits most of the awful smell. Brush your tongue after you have brushed your teeth. This will prevent the most common cause of bad breath.

  3. Step 3

Get a new brush. You should buy a new toothbrush every 3 months. Try using a stiffer bristle. If your gums can stand it, it will help remove more germs.

  4. Step 4

Rinse with mouthwash after every brush. The alcohol in the mouthwash will kill off any leftover germs. Remember, germs cause bad breath.
