Step 1
To make Chicken Matzo Ball Soup you will need, 2 Onions diced , 4 sticks of Celery diced, 1 Tablespoon Salt, 1 Tablespoon Pepper, 5 large Carrots diced, 1 cup of Orzo, 4 Chicken Breasts with bone, 1 large can of Chicken Stock, 2 Jars of Matzo Ball Soup with Broth.

Step 2
Place Chicken Breasts in large Cooking Pot, completely cover with water, bring to boil, cover, simmer for up to one hour. Make sure you dice Celery, Onion, and Carrots. After about an hour remove Chicken from Broth, it is best to strain broth through a Colondar in case any small bones are present. Place Chicken aside. Pour entire contents of Chicken Stock in to Pot with other broth that was made from Chicken.

Step 3
Add diced veggies, Salt & Pepper, break Chicken in to small pieces and add to broth. You then need to pour entire contents of Matzo Ball Soup/Broth in to same pot, add 1 cup of the Orzo, simmer for another 40 minutes and serve. You can add fresh Parsley if desired.
