  • 1 quart garlic cloves
  • 1 quart white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. dill seeds

Instructions

    • 1

      Blanch the peeled garlic cloves in boiling water for 2 minutes, and then remove and place in cold water to stop the cooking process. You can peel the cloves by dropping the peeled cloves into the boiling water for 1 minute, removing them, peeling them easily, then putting them back in for the second minute.

      Heat the white vinegar until it boils, and then add 1 tbsp. dill seed.

      Put the vinegar, the spices and the garlic cloves into a canning jar, and screw the lid on tight. Let it cool off before putting it into the refrigerator. It should be ready to eat in about three weeks.
