3. Tell her what things you're going to change and how you are going to act from now on. Let her know how you intend to make things better or keep something like this from happening again.

4. Hold her. Don't do anything else, just hold her tightly like you never want to let her go. Don't be afraid to cry, sometimes theres nothing sexier than seeing a guy so emotionally vulnerable over you.
