Quick and easy recipe. Chicken wing in paprika and cumin spices, baked until they are juicy, golden crisp. Great as an appetizer and for snacking.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2lbs. chicken wings, tips clipped
  • 3 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon granulated or powdered garlic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Step 1

Rinse and clean the chicken wing pieces. Pat dry. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

Place the powdered garlic, cumin, marjoram, paprika, and salt in a storage bag, shake well to mix.

Add the chicken wings into the bag. Shake and coat evenly the mixture to the poultry pieces.

  3. Step 3

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Pour the olive oil onto a large baking pan and spread evenly around.

  4. Step 4

Dip the chicken wings in the olive oil until coated on all over. Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the pan without overlapping or touching each other.
