Things You'll Need:
- 2lbs. chicken wings, tips clipped
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon granulated or powdered garlic
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram, crushed
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Rinse and clean the chicken wing pieces. Pat dry. Set aside.

Place the powdered garlic, cumin, marjoram, paprika, and salt in a storage bag, shake well to mix.
Add the chicken wings into the bag. Shake and coat evenly the mixture to the poultry pieces. -
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Pour the olive oil onto a large baking pan and spread evenly around. -
Step 4
Dip the chicken wings in the olive oil until coated on all over. Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the pan without overlapping or touching each other.

Paprika pepperPlace chicken wings in the oven, turn heat down to 375 degrees F and bake for 22 - 25 minutes.
Turn the wings over and bake for additional 25 - 30 minutes, or until skins are golden crisp in color.
Eat right away, or cool in room temperature before serving to enjoy as a cold dish.
