My Stop Smoking Coach with Allen Carr is one of the best resources I've seen in a long time to aid in your huge challenge. This is a software program designed specifically for the Nintendo DS, to act as a "pocket coach" and guide you to a healthier you.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Nintendo DS
  • My Stop Smoking Coach Software
  • Willpower
  1. Step 1

The first thing you should do is prepare to stop smoking by setting a quit date. If you don't have a Nintendo DS, then this is the perfect time to go out and get it, and purchase the My Stop Smoking Coach Software. This will give you time to familiarize yourself with your Nintendo.

  2. Step 2

Be sure to tell family and friends that you are planning to quit and that you will be a little edgy and may even need their help. Plug in your My Stop Smoking Coach and begin the best thing you have ever done for yourself! Many programs specifically designed to help you quit smoking urge you to find something to do when a craving hits. How fantastic it is to have a little coach in your pocket that you pull out when times are tough, listen to, play a game and most importantly, get you through the craving!

  3. Step 3

Nintendo DS and it's compact size and portability makes it the perfect system for this program. You will be able to choose your coach and interact with the game throughout your stop smoking program. The minute you feel a craving, instead of reaching for a cigarette reach for your DS. It's for all these reasons I recommend this game to everyone trying to quit or who has recently quit.
