How can you find the best skin care products to make you acne free? It is easy! There are so many skin care products out there, and finding the right skin care products to treat acne and heal acne can be difficult. Many products and techniques, such as those seen on Rachel Ray or MSNBC are making headlines for their abilities to reverse wrinkle damage in a very short period of time. Becoming acne free takes time, but these skin care products created to heal acne and making you acne free can definitely speed up the process!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    WASH WITH A NATURAL SOAP

The first skin care product that will make you acne free is natural bar soap. I use Dr. Bronners Lavender bar soap, which can be found at any health food store or natural foods market. Always make sure that you do not scrub you face. Be as gentle as possible. Some people try to tell you to use a skin care cream or a cleansing oil for acne...never do this! Skin care cream and cleansing oils will only make your skin worse. Of all the acne treatments out there, cleansing your face with a natural bar soap is the first thing you should try. Make sure your soap is as natural as you can find it. Try to find a natural bar soap that does not contain artificial perfumes (essential oils are ok), artificial ingredients, or chemical additives. Homemade soap is great as well.

  2. Step 2

    BAKING SODA EXFOLIANT

The next skin care product that is gaining recognition is pure and simple baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate. Baking soda can and should be used as a natural skin care product to make you acne free. Simply apply a paste of baking soda, made by mixing baking soda and water together, and gently massage the paste all around your face. Not only is this skin care product effective as an acne treatment, it is natural and it is cheap also! Once you have massaged the baking soda around your face, rinse your face thoroughly and pat your face dry with a towel. Techniques like this are becoming more and more popular, and special products, like those seen on Rachel ray or MSNBC, make headlines with their wrinkle reversing abilities (See the Link to the Left.)

  3. Step 3

    SPOT ON TEA TREE OIL

The final skin care product that will make you acne free is tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is a natural oil from the tea tree, found in many parts of the world but well known in Australia. Tea tree has natural anti-bacterial and anti-microbial qualities, and is very comparable to Benzoyl Peroxide in effectiveness. As an acne treatment is works very well and should always be considered as a first step skin care product before trying Benzoyl Peroxide. To use this acne skin care treatment, soak a little bit of teat tree oil onto a cotton swab and gently dab the swab just on the acne blemishes. It does not take very much. Your skin may feel tingly and make appear slightly red for a couple of minutes. this is normal. The next day, you will see a marked improvement in your skin's clarity!
