Step 1
First you have to get that Wii Fit out of the box! It won't do any good unless you have the batteries in and have it turned on!

Now put on some comfortable clothes, step on the Wii Fit and take your first body test.

ScaleThis body test will tell you what you weigh and will also determine your BMI. Now the first test might scare you a little bit but have no fear, Wii Fit is here! If you follow these tips you will never see those numbers again!

Step 4
Now that you have taken the body test the Wii will help you set your goals. Pick a realistic goal.

Now you are ready to begin your training. It's time to burn the fat! Start out in the aerobics section and select an activity. Challenge yourself to get all of the different activities unlocked. The only way to unlock new activities is to play your Wii Fit frequently.

Each day that you use the Wii Fit try a new activity. If you have already unlocked all the activities try to make sure that you switch up your routine a little bit every day. Don't do the same 5 activities every day or you will get bored and give up!

Step 7
Now that you have all the games unlocked and you are beginning to be more comfortable with the Wii you should increase your time. If you have been doing 15 minutes on the Wii Fit each day increase to 20 minutes and then 25. Try to get to 30 minutes of aerobic activity and 15 minutes of strength training a day.

Step 8
Be consistent in using the Wii Fit. If you use the Wii Fit frequently, and eat a healthy diet you should lose weight. Consistency is the key! Have fun getting skinny!
