Buying a training bra for your daughter, does not have to be embarrassing or painful for her. You as the parent may feel a bit embarrassed, or do not want to have any awkward moments with your daughter.

Providing your daughter with the proper undergarments can help her look her best. Having the best fitting underwear can help her to look better in all of her clothes. Buying these items ahead of time can help her to be fully prepared for any outfit.

Many of her old outfits, may one day suddenly be inappropriate without the proper undergarments. Here are some tips to help you find the perfect training bra.

1. 

   Decide on your training bra budget. Write down how much money you can spend on bras. This may be a good time to also purchase camisoles and underwear. These are great layering pieces with the training bras.

2. Have your daughter sized by a professional. Find a reputable bra fitter in your area. Many bra boutiques will give your daughter a free fitting. Let them know, this is her first training bra. If their prices are outside of your price range, give them a tip for their services.

3. 

   Ask your daughter what styles and colors she likes.

4. Shop online for the best savings. Purchase bras in black and white. A nude color bra is great under white t shirts. If you are a darker skin tone buy chocolate brown colored bras and underwear. If your daughter wears a light colored tops, pants, or skirts you want for her underwear to not be visible.

• Avoid buying anything too sexy or revealing.

• Ignore any requests for thongs or low rise panties that are meant to be seen.
