Things You'll Need:
- 8 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- Low carb pizza sauce
- Pizza toppings of your choice

Step 1
Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 8x13 or similar size cake pan by spraying with a non-stick cooking spray. Now sprinkle Parmesan cheese to lightly cover the bottom of the pan. On top of the Parmesan, sprinkle about 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Set pan aside.

In a blender, blend together the eggs, cream cheese and seasonings. Mix until well blended.

Now pour the egg and cream cheese mixture into the pan. Place in the preheated oven.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the crust is browning slightly. If you see bubbles forming in the crust while baking, lightly prick the bubble with a fork or toothpick to release the air bubble.

Remove the crust from the oven. Again, remove any air bubbles by inserting a fork or toothpick into the bubble.

Step 6
You are now ready to add the pizza sauce, the remainder of the Mozzarella cheese, and any toppings of your choice. Once you have finished topping the pizza, place it back into the oven.

Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until done. Remove the pizza from the oven and let sit for a few minutes. Your pizza is now ready to slice and eat. Enjoy!
