If you are anything like me when it comes to sleeping, you need the room very very dark and extremely quiet. There is no easier or faster way to accomplish those two conditions than with the use of the pillow hat. Enjoy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 big fluffy pillows
  1. Step 1

Fluff up one of your pillows and set it lengthwise at your favorite spot on the bed. You want to squish the pillow some so that when you lay your head down in the middle, the sides of the pillow rise up and cover your ears.

  2. Step 2

Next take the second pillow and place is across your forehead so that it lays down across the middle of your nose (not blocking your airways) and over your eyes.

  3. Step 3

Finally, pull the pillow cover from the second pillow and tuck it between the sides of your head and the first pillow. Make sure to pull enough pillow cover down (like a window shade) to block any remaining light that may creep in from around your nose and eyes.

  4. Step 4

Drift peacefully off to sleep and wake up feeling renewed and refreshed!

Tips & Warnings
  • Turn off all the lights
  • Turn off any loud noise making apparatus
  • Curl up in your favorite spot on the bed
  • The pillow hat works best for those people who sleep on their backs.
  • DO NOT under any circumstances cover your air passages!!
