Whip up a drink that will remind you of a tropical beach. Sip this cool and refreshing smoothie and imagine yourself on an ocean getaway. This pineapple-mango smoothie is fresh and fruity, and can be made with a nondairy product rather than milk. This recipe makes about 2 1/2 cups. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Blender

Instructions

      Add the frozen pineapple and mango to the blender.

      Pour in the chilled orange juice and milk or nondairy substitute such as soy milk.

      Cover the blender and mix the smoothie. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more juice. To thicken the smoothie, add more fruit.

Tips & Warnings

  • Serving Size makes around 2 1/2 cups

  • Make sure all fruit is frozen

  • make sure to cover blender before turning on

  • Unplug blender before removing pitcher (so you don't accidently cut dome fingers.)
