Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup chilled orange juice
- 1/2 cup chilled milk

Step 1
Plug in blender

Add to the blender 1/2 cup frozen mangos
( I would suggest buying the frozen fruit in bulk if you are planning on making smoothies often) -
Step 3
Then add the 1/2 cup of frozen Straberries to the blender

Add 1/3 cup of chilled orange juice as well as a 1/2 cup of chilled milk
If you do not drink milk I would suggest using soy milk or a powdered milk -

5Place cover on blender and press "Mix" and then wait for your desired consistansy, if you like it a little thinner add a splash more of orange juice.
Pour and enjoy
If you have left over smoothie place it in a cup and save it for later all you have to do is stir and enjoy, if you like your smoothie really cold place it in the freezer for 3-4 min.
