on 8/21/2009 I've actually worked for four different posting companies, and the rate of pay per post was from 10-20c per post for normal posts. However I found Forum Booster to be the worst of the lot-they paid irregularly, would never answer either client or poster questions or attempt to resolve problems. It would sometimes take weeks to get an answer-the only good thing about them was their automated post recording system.

By far the best that I have found has been www.paidforumposting.com They hire quickly, pay well, and have plenty of work. Payment comes quickly too-I've never waited more than six hours. I'd highly recommend them-its a good team place, where you get to know the people you are writing with, as opposed to others on the list which are faceless and impersonal.
