How to Find Cheap Diet Foods

1. Consider making a batch of beans. There are several great types of beans to eat including black beans, kidney beans and even red beans. Easy to prepare, you can make enough for several meals and put it in the freezer to eat as needed.

2. If you are looking for protein and meat for your diet food consider a 4 ounce chicken breast grilled. Inexpensive and great to taste, this food is wonderful for a diet plan.

3. Steamed broccoli is another great diet food that is cheap to eat and healthy too. Consider throwing in a few carrots and you have a great snack

4. Hard boiled eggs are great to taste and easy to make as well as being a great cheap diet food.

5. Cooked grain noodles. Found at health food stores, these noodles are healthy and very cheap. A pound package of noodles can be over 10 snacks.
