      FLAXSEED SMOOTHIES

      A great way to eat flaxseed oil is to out it into fruit smoothies! Flaxseed oil is incredibly rich in omega fatty acids. Omega fatty acids are very good for your body, especially your heart! To put flaxseed oil into smoothies, simply drizzle around 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil into your blender along with frozen or fresh fruit and 2 cups of orange juice. It is delicious!

      One of the benefits of flaxseed is that it can be used in so many different meals! Flaxseed is easy to incorporate into muffins and baked goods.
