1. Get in shape! Remember your trying to look like the girls next door and that requires having a rockin' body. Diet and exercise is a must! make sure your in the middle of the normal weight on the bmi chart. just a little curvy is what your going for. Absolutly dont get super skinny, cause your just ruin the whole look of the girls next door

2. Tanning! is really important for acheiving the girls next door look. remember E.L.B Exfoliate, moisturing lotion, and wear a bandeau swimsuit ,for it is perfect for laying out in public,( you dont get those ugly tanning marks like you get from wearing a bikini)Btw, buy an accelerater lotion such as CALIFORNIA TAN IONYX MAXIMIZER , it makes your tan last longer and for exfoliating; heres a recipe for a great one
