Things You'll Need:
- A compurer with an Internet connection
- a burning question
-
Step 1
First, you need to open a yahoo! account, which will give you an email account, as well as access to all of the yahoo! community. You can set up a virtual stock portfolio, play games, like yahoo chess, and, of course ask questions! Yahoo! has also improved its search engine lately, so they are a good alternative to google.
-
Step 2
Next, go here: http://answers.yahoo.com/ and click in the upper left corner of the screen "ask." When the screen comes up to ask, try to keep your question as short as possible.
-
Step 3
Finally, ask your question in the box that comes up. It is best to be very specific about what it is you are asking. So, don't ask something like, "how do I get my computer to work?"
Ask something like, "I am trying to burn a DVD disk, but it is unreadable by all dvd players that I try?"

on 9/15/2009 @bobbykins: Unfortunately there are many ways to mask an email address, spammers take advantage of this trick, what you can do is set your filters not to accept emails from unknown addresses.
Hope this helps!

on 9/15/2009 @nemo64: a hpyerlink is just a URL that is part of a message, so just copy and paste the address in your address bar (beginning with http) and paste that into your message.
