Make Delicous Healthy Coffee

Many people enjoy coffee, and this guide will help you make an excellent cup of coffee in a way that you might not have tried before.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Finely ground coffee
  • Decaf coffee
  • Cinnamon
  • Silk Soy Milk (w/ Omega 3)
  1. Step 1

Add your finely ground coffee to the coffee maker, and add some decaf to strengthen the flavor without increasing the caffeine quantity. I don't recommend half-caf because it's nice to be able to adjust accordingly to how you're feeling.

  2. Step 2

Add a hefty dash of cinnamon on top before you start brewing.

  3. Step 3

Brew coffee with about half the amount of water you would normally use to make a cup of coffee. This will make it nice and strong so the next 2 steps will work especially well.

  4. Step 4

Fill you coffee cup half full with Silk Soy Milk. This is a delicious alternative to dairy milk. It is thick, rich, creamy milk that is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It does not come from the suffering of animals, and has no added growth hormones and antibiotics like dairy milk usually does.

  5. Step 5

When your coffee is finished brewing, fill the rest of the cup with the extra-strong coffee you have made, and enjoy instantly! You have made a very healthy, delicious, and instantly ready to enjoy cup of coffee! It tastes like a wonderful childhood treat!

Tips & Warnings
  • Try using a premium flavored coffee at the grocery store aisle, and grind it yourself right there. Choose a very fine grind. I use the Turkish setting, to get every drop of flavor out of my coffee.
  • Do not consume more than several cups of coffee or you will feel uncomfortable from the excess caffeine.
  • Caffeine overdose is a serious problem in some households where a parent may overreact and cause the rest of the family to feel uncomfortable around him/her.
