It is easy to git rid of swimmer's ear naturally. You love to swim but hate the side effect of a clogged painful ear. Many times you may end up at the doctor's office with a prescription for some chemical to relieve you of the pressure and pain from swimmer's ear. You've even thought about giving up swimming. Fear no more. There is a natural and easy way to knock out even the toughest case of swimmer's ear. Follow these tips to get rid of swimmer's ear naturally.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

To get rid of swimmer's ear naturally, fill a tube sock with one cup of coarse salt. Tie a knot at the end so no salt spills out.

  2. Step 2

Put the tube sock in the microwave for two minutes. Let the sock cool until it is warm to the touch.

  3. Step 3

Lie on the same side of your swimmer's ear with the warm sock under your ear for ten minutes. The heat from the sock helps the swelling, and the salt will help draw the water out ending your swimmer's ear problem. You will be back in the swimming pool before you know it.

Tips & Warnings
  • Keep tube socks stocked in your home.
  • If your pain persists, see a doctor.
